Infertility and/or Family Planning Coaching

This coaching package is designed for individuals or partners prior to or during their fertility or family planning journey. Services focus on empowerment and wellbeing while undergoing fertility treatment, adoption, surrogacy, fostering, or if you are still uncertain of your journey. 

Although the package has flexible goals, it includes the following:

• Initial Consultation: A tailored plan, based on your individual needs, questions, and goals.
• Remote & Telephonic Sessions: Formal reflective sessions that can be used for medical visit preparation and review, addressing challenges, and supporting wellbeing during the joruney. 
• Integration of the 10 Things Every Prospective Parent Should Know.
• Challenging thoughts, beliefs, and goals to empower you to maximize your success within the areas of the journey that you can control.
• Check-in sessions to ensure your wellbeing. 
• Specific goals plans with concrete and tangible deliverables. 
• This package focuses on maintaining your wellbeing, challenging barriers and misconceptions, empowering you to work in partnership with your healthcare team, and maintaining a realistic appraisal of circumstances. No medical advice is included in coaching sessions. 

The initial session is used as an introduction and to personalize your goals. 

Coaching sessions do not qualify as required fertility counseling and will not satusfy that requirement of treatment with your fertility specialist.
